So it's been just about two weeks since we tweeted the last lines of the #bbcawdio Twitter Audiobook, launched by NYT Bestselling author Neil Gaiman and finished by more than 100 Twitter participants from all over the world. (At least six countries were represented at last count!)

We've been cleaning up our rough draft and editing for clarity and fluidity, but we have some exciting news to share about the final product:

Title Poll:
We'll be hosting a poll next week to choose a title for our story. Read the entire story summary and start thinking of suggestions. Leave a note here in the comments with your best title suggestion (please only offer ONE title). We'll take all nominations, create a poll and post it next week for voting. The top vote getter when the poll closes on Friday, November 13, will be our winning title.

Artwork Contest:
Stay tuned for details on a contest where you can submit original artwork to be used as the cover design for the Twitter Audiobook. We'll be accepting fan submissions soon and the winner chosen by BBCAA will receive complimentary copies as well as a special audiobook prize package.

Narrator Chosen!: 
We're thrilled to announce that Katherine Kellgren, the 2009 Audie Award-winning Female Narrator of the Year, will be voicing our plucky heroine Sam. Katy, who has won accolades and honors for narrating the popular children's audios Bloody Jack and The Curse of the Blue Tattoo, will be recording the Twitter Audiobook here near our Rhode Island headquarters in the coming weeks.

Release Date:
The finished audiobook will be available as a free download beginning December 1, 2009. (The title will also be available through iTunes, free for the first thirty days on iTunes and 99 cents starting January 1.)

Due to popular demand, we'll be hosting another #bbcawdio project in February 2010! Keep following our blog for more details on which author will be kicking off our next Twitter audio project.
